Learn to Weave with Marcy - MARCH

Spend a weekend on beautiful Whidbey Island, and go home with a chenille scarf that you wove yourself!

Learn the basics of weaving on a floor loom at Marcy's Whidbey Island studio. During this two-day intensive workshop, Marcy will guide you through designing a chenille scarf, winding the warp, setting up the loom and weaving a scarf. You will choose from the provided assortment of rayon chenille and perle cotton yarns to design and weave your scarf.

Discussions of other types of weaving will be covered. No prior experience is necessary.
