 Cardboard spools are a lightweight an inexpensive yarn storage solution. They will hold about 4 ounces of yarn, depending on how tightly it is wound. 4" long center post with 3" diameter flanges. The plastic core of the bobbin measures 1/4" (6mm) diameter.
