Extremely brilliant and colorfast, Jacquard's Acid Dyes are concentrated, powdered, hot water dyes that give pure, vibrant and transparent colors on protein fibers including wool, cashmere, alpaca, silk and even some nylons. You can uniformly kettle dye yardage, yarn and fiber or produce effects by painting and steam setting. Use white vinegar or citric acid to fix these dyes.
